Manageable Stay, But With Some Issues

The room was quite big and that was acceptable.
The hotel refused to change towels during my four-night stay. They stated this was only done for longer stays, something that I found difficult to understand. And the towels smelled bad, I am sure they were not washed properly.

The room was clean. The location was central, acceptable.
I was on a very high floor. It was necessary to carry heavy bags up many flights of stairs without help. This oversight is a significant drawback with mobility issues and those with substantial luggage.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful design. The location was amazing, close to a lot of attractions. Breakfast had pastries, coffee, salami, ham and cheeses.
The hotel did not change our towels during our 4 nights of staying. They said it's only done for longer stays. Towels smelled awful, as if they hadn't been properly washed.

The room was very spacious. It was a Double Room. Breakfast included various spreads and bread. The location is very central. I found the owner polite. He provided all necessary information.
Carrying luggage to upper floors was difficult.

i booked the quadruple room. it was spacious with two rooms and a bathroom. the location is good. breakfast had everything i needed.
there was no minibar in my room. i wish it was included. i was not able to find someone to help me with my luggage.
